Madsen Tutoring Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
1. Fees are payable weekly directly to Julie Madsen. You should pay me directly, in cash or by check.
2. Although Madsen Tutoring works within the school curriculum, I do not do homework or assignment questions that are meant to be the student's own work.
3. Madsen Tutoring strives to provide the best possible service. However, I will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student/client. Although I will do everything in my power to help grades and skill sets improve, I can offer no guarantee thereto.
4. Madsen Tutoring is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of the tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of my materials. You, the client, specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.
5. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed to the client at a rate of no more than 1 hour of instruction.
6. Madsen Tutoring will respect the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of individuals, and will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any confidential, personal information.
